Martina, originally from Slovakia has been with Fitzpatrick's for 6 years. She is a Supervisor who is very much liked and respected by all who work with her. Nothing is too much trouble for Martina, and er sunny disposition and cosistent can do attitude makes her a deserved winner of the 'Star' award.

Two restaurants means two kitchens, both of which are ably managed by Executive Chef Cathal Grant. Under his direction, two Head Chefs manage a team of 14 talented chefs who prepare menus to tempt every palate; their skill and finesse evident on every plate that emerges from the kitchen.

A-la- Carte or Bar? Always at your service!

Restaurant Manager Anton Haring supported by his supervisor Martina heads a team of more than 20, providing friendly and efficient service in Fitzpatrick’s Restaurant and Bar, which is highly popular with both, local and international guests.

Fitzpatrick’s offers a wide range of beverages to suit any taste. Brendan Ballantine, Bar Manager and his team make sure that an evening at the bar or restaurant is accompanied by your favourite drink from the well stocked bar
