Two restaurants means two kitchens, both of which are ably managed by Executive Chef Mícheál Muldoone. Under his direction, two Head Chefs manage a team of 14 talented chefs who prepare menus to tempt every palate; their skill and finesse evident on every plate that emerges from the kitchen.

Restaurant Manager Anton Haring supported by his supervisor Martina heads a team of more than 20, providing friendly and efficient service in Fitzpatrick’s Restaurant and Bar, which is highly popular with both, local and international guests.
