to the Féile Bia Quality Programme
Féile Bia, a commitment to Quality, is a
year round programme that emphasises
the importance of food sourcing in
hotels, restaurants, pubs and
workplaces throughout the country. The
programme is organised in conjunction
with the Restaurants Association of
Ireland and the Irish Hotels Federation
and with the support of the farming
community.
Féile Bia is in response to growing
consumer concerns about the quality and
origin of food offered when eating out.
