Fitzpatrick's are awarded accreditation to the Féile Bia Quality Programme

Féile Bia, a commitment to Quality, is a year round programme that emphasises the importance of food sourcing in hotels, restaurants, pubs and workplaces throughout the country. The programme is organised in conjunction with the Restaurants Association of Ireland and the Irish Hotels Federation
and with the support of the farming
community.

Féile Bia is in response to growing
consumer concerns about the quality and origin of food offered when eating out.

Participants are asked to outline their commitment to the programme by providing details confirming the quality and origin of the food used in their kitchens.

Féile Bia members are committed to sourcing meat, chicken and eggs from recognised Quality Assurance Schemes and can meet their customer demands for country of
origin information.
